My winter clothes haven’t completely disappeared yet, but all things for the transitional period have slipped right to the front. Today I want to show you a great day and night outfit in all black.
You rarely see me with an uncomfortable outfit. If I have the choice, I always take the more comfortable piece. In my opinion, especially with a day and night outfit, it has to be cozy, because you don’t just wear the whole thing for a few hours but up to 24 hours. So it’s no wonder that I opted for a pair of relaxed but also pretty hot leather-look leggings. During the day I wear an oversized hoodie that I stole from my ex and negotiated to keep and a college jacket from Nike over the leggings.
As soon as the sun goes down and it’s time to go to the club or bar, the hoodie is of course taken off. I wear a uni top underneath. Since the leggings are high-waisted, the ass becomes the highlight. If you don’t feel like wearing a crop top, you can just take a normal top and tuck it in – it looks just as good as when you take a cropped one!
Accessories make everything better
I got the leather-look chunky boots two years ago (here I’ll show you how to style the boots girly) and I think they’re still a must-have this season. I have to say that they add the right spice to the whole look. It would definitely be a cool outfit with a pair of sneakers or heels, but these chunky boots just have that certain something – I especially like that they go down to the knees!
Of course, a sweet bag should not be missing either. So that we don’t go all black and add a little color to this look, I chose my beloved Fendi bag. If I don’t want to walk around completely incognito, a splash of color in my outfit is simply a MUST for me.
It’s spring, the sun is outside and that means I never leave my apartment without sunglasses. Also, my ears don’t freeze off anymore, so I like to grab a hair clip. I used to wear them a lot when I was younger, but then it was kind of uncool and last year I rediscovered the hair accessories for myself. With the dark outfit, jewelry stands out in particular. I chose an impressive silver necklace, a simple ring, and heart earrings for the outfit.
